Jannine Grosche was born in Germany, 1985. Moved to Berlin to study Fashion, 2004. After graduating from ESMOD Berlin, she moved to the Beijing, China. After working as a designer for various fashionbrands, she also dressed artists and bands.
She truely established her menswear brand PATH in 2011. Since then Janine has shown her designs at several Fashionshows in Beijing and during Berlin Fashionweek.

PATH was recently worn by Actor/ Rapper Jaden Smith, son of Will Smith for the International Press Tour of ‘After Earth’ and at Red Carpet Events.

Janine lives and works in Beijing, but travels back and forward between China’s capital and Berlin.

With the 2013 Spring/ Summer collection ‘Archetype’ PATH’s signature aesthetic reaches a new level of sophistication mixed with an individual masculine strength.

The brand takes influences from both, rebellious youth cultures, music and art on the one hand and traditonal menswear on the other mixed with functional details taken from sportswear to create unique, innovative pieces of high fashion.
Contemporary minimalism, radical modernism and nonchalant elegance,PATH’s garments are contrastive. Serious, but never severe, meticulous but experimental, minimal but bold, soft but constructed. PATH appears strong but always sensual.

The designs are constantly looking for the now and tomorrow, the classic and the contemporary, the future and the past. Precise simplicity comes together with refined cuts, high quality of material and outstanding craftmanship. The look presented by PATH is both inspired by and designed for confident individuals.
